Open Thread, April Fool’s Day Edition

Hey, you. It’s April Fool’s Day. It’s also the first uh da month, the traditional day of Open Thread. You got your peanut butter on my chocolate! No, you got YOUR chocolate on MY peanut butter!

Let’s try and find some synergy betwixt these two things, just to start things off. What’s the most believable lie you can think up about boxing? If any of you think up a good enough one, maybe I’ll write a fake post about it and see how many people we can prank.

But mainly, don’t forget, the idea is to just talk about whatever’s on your mind, boxing or not. Let Open Thread be your therapist, or at least your madhouse.

And don’t overlook the latest post from Andrew Harrison on the British Beat, as it is one of his typically always well-written and informative dispatches. Open Thread is the friend to other boxing posts, not the enemy. Don’t let Open Thread deprive you of the joy of Harrison.

The musical selection for this month is… “Hey You.”
